By My Own Hand, Part 3: THE ACHE, 2023

A three-channel video installation made in collaboration with Hannah Krafcik, By My Own Hand, Part 3: THE ACHE is a tapestry of Allie’s process over the course of five years. It features video collages of Allie’s rehearsal footage, her B-reel, and performance documentation, alongside pre-existing and newly configured compositions from her vast archive. Part 3: THE ACHE existed as a video exhibition, a zine publication (with layout by Wes Mueller), and a series of free intergenerational art-making workshops taught by Portland artists dee bustos, Ralph Pugay, Muffie Delgado Connelly, and Midori Hirose.
